Especially chocolate cupcakes.......
This recipe, which we bake here waaay too much, is courtesy of the lovely Sarah over in her beach cottage......they are ridiculously quick and easy to make.....not to mention ridiculously yummy........
They taste better when baked in pretty papers too.......
Chocolate icing is a must.......as is making sure you accidently make way more than you actually need for the cakes.........
And finally.....the perfect morning tea....or afternoon tea.....or late night supper.....or breakfast?.......
Ok.....I'm off to kindergarten duty.....will certainly be looking for coffee and cake in a few hours.......
